The BASC is internationally recognised as providing first class training for professionals, in particular those from hospitals, tutors of beauty therapy and media make-up artists. Events include the intensive Training Initiative and specialist one-day seminars.
THE BASC TRAINING INITIATIVE
This course, spanning four days, is designed to provide tutorials and workshops for those who wish to provide, teach or promote this professional service. Our highly qualified tutors and guest speakers provide the trainee with a fully holistic approach to skin camouflage techniques. The course includes quality workshops. The Hairdressing And Beauty Industry Authority endorse the BASC Training Initiative for 33 hours CPD (continuing professional development)
The trainee receives a comprehensive working kit together (current rrp value £225.00) together with a wealth of information handout sheets and a copy of the BASC’s Product Information Manual.
Upon successful completion, students will receive the BASC Skin Camouflage Diploma* and be eligible to apply for BASC practitioner membership – which also entitles preferential rates from nominated suppliers.
* Recognised for insurance purposes by medical and beauty organisations such as the Royal College of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, BABTAC, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists.
